Look ma, no rain!
During a rare window of non-rain, the boys and I struck out for Main Street with two scooters and a wagon. On our way back through campus, something clicked in Isaac's memory. "Mommy," he asked, "are there goats that way?"

It's been at least a year, but he remembered these cast goat statues. We used to walk over from our rental house and play on them all the time before Jake was born.
He also came up with the idea to decorate his helmet. May I present my son, the Leaf Monster?

As he scootered by, he introduced himself to all the old ladies in our neighborhood walking their dogs or sitting out on their porches. "HIIII!" I STUCK SOME LEAVES IN MY HELMET, SEE? AND I HAVE A C-3P0 AND AN R2-D2 and 13 ROBOTS AT HOOOOOOMMME!"
