Devil Dada takes it out on the kitchen

No more pantry. No more fun and deadly rail. In fact, no more floor for half of the kitchen. The baby gate is up, which gives Pull-Up Monster incentive to watch all the action from the front row. Tomorrow there will be creation to follow this destruction as Dada begins building a wall where the Death Rail once stood.

The mess! The chaos! The splinters! Was that an asbestos fiber I saw shooting up my baby's nose? It's a good thing that, to quote Isaac, "Dadaw's coming tomorrow with his Big Purple Van". Dadaw and his boy, Dada, will be putting some major hurt on this new wall and installing plumbing and rerouting gas lines and laying tile and installing cabinets...oh, I could go on and on, but it makes my head spin to think that this mess will turn into something that could possibly be useful, and maybe even pretty, in a few short days. At least the weather will be gorgeous and the boys and I can get out of the house. Lots of park pictures to come, I'm sure.
