Photoblogging from a fall day

This morning we took advantage of the beautiful weather to play with Dada in the back-a-yard, where we also introduced Jakey to the sandbox. At first he enjoyed picking up fistfuls of sand and watching as his hand dumped them on the grass. That could only be fun for so long before he remembered how much fun it is to put stuff in his mouth. After a few mouthfuls of sand, I set him loose on the rest of the back-a-yard, where he was remarkably good as crawling and not putting acorns in his mouth.







This evening before dinner we headed to the park for some exercise. Our new favorite thing is to run around the tennis courts when they're deserted. And Shout gets that green turf right out of their pants-knees!
