Monorail. Monorail!
Since pictures from our whirlwind tour of Disney World are long overdue, I'm thinking I'll use them to fulfill my daily photo pledge.
I'll start at the beginning. This Disney vacation was brought to you by Mamaw and Dadaw, who insisted we upgrade to the Contemporary Resort for our stay. This was a totally and completely brilliant maneuver, because I swear at least 25% of the "Magic" in "Magic Kingdom" is being able to hop on an unusual train -- one that threads itself through the lobby of your hotel -- that takes you straight there.
On our very first trip to the Magic Kingdom, all boys and I rode in the front car, with the driver. It was hard to stop smiling.
This was before we caught a glimpse of Mickey Mouse. Isaac informed us during this ride: "When I see Mickey, I'm going to freak out."

Wait. Skwoozmee-please? When did you go to Disney World and why was I not informed? ;) If we were there at the same time *I* am going to freak out. :P
Monorail co-pilots on your very first ever visit? I'm impressed! We have only gotten to do that once (Ben's second visit when he was 15 months old) Since then, we've NEVEr had any luck because there always front car hogs already there. Did you get the little souvenir monorail driver's license? :)
Also, I hope you took advantage of being in the Contemporary and had breakfast at chef mickey's!!!

We were there Jan 7-9, a little before you came I thinks. And I totally posted that we were going! I think. But it was awhile ago, and I've been a bad blogger.
We did not get monorail co-pilot's licenses. The driver wasn't a very sociable guy. But it was enough for the boys just to sit on their knees on the seats and look out. It felt like we were flying.
And yes, yes we DID go to Chef Mickey's! I hope to get to those pictures this weekend. It's hard. There are so many good ones.
